Included:

 1. Ongoing discussions and adoption of strategy and quarterly budgets. Re-evaluation of amortization sheets including interest (present value).

2. Sign up for new fleet accounts with different car manufacturers, such as Chrysler, Ford, GM, Nissan, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mazda etc…

3. To select, ad and negotiate at the manufacturer’s level and their corresponding dealers for fleet renewals (between 25% to 30% of the fleet annually)

4. Disposal of used vehicles at their maximum offered price value on the wholesale market (or at retail).

5. Compilation of monthly maintenance costs, fuel, insurances and more…

6. Adoption (5 units and more) of a unique monthly billing system for fuel consumption (Corp-Rate) to better control recurring maintenance expenses.

7. Quarterly reports and budget discussions to make the necessary corrections if need be…

8. Negotiate new maintenance agreements and regularly ad possible new suppliers …

9. Manage complaints and litigation settlement with suppliers when necessary etc…
